An initiation into your masculine leadership for these times
For brothers who feel the world calling you into leadership—whether in your community, your relationships, or through Heart of Men—this immersive journey moves beyond building of skills to the courting, becoming, and living the Spirit of Leadership. Through three distinct thresholds, you'll join a carefully curated cohort to set the foundation for initiation, to walk through the passage, and to step forward with your expression of masculine leadership that gives life to the world.
If you’re reading this, it’s because we see the work you’ve been doing in your own heart and in this circle. And, we also see that you’re now ready to lead others from this place.
Threshold 1-The Attunement: Courting the Spirit of Leadership

The Spirit of Leadership comes to and through us when we’re ready to answer the call to serve. She does not grace us with her presence through a forcing or the accumulation of accreditations. It’s a relationship, rooted in ritual and a connection with the unseen forces shaping our lives. In this threshold, following the cycles of the moon, we are going to open ourselves to receive from this well of wisdom. To align our being with the current that is wanting to come through us in serving to Thriving Life. We are going to learn how to call forth and receive the immense resource that is wanting to guide and fuel our leadership. In this threshold, we will also begin to work the core facilitation attunements of Heart of Men to support your capacity to answer this call.
Threshold 2-The Initiation: Becoming the Firetender
Four calls you lead on your schedule • Jan 5th-Feb 17th • Three Group Support Calls
Initiation asks us to step into something we previously deemed unreachable. It pushes us beyond what and who we think are are. In this threshold, we will be moving through both a personal and a circle initiatory experience by facilitating/co-facilitating our own 4-week small group. In this time, Thomas will be stepping away from the central fire with the explicit intention for this group to tend the fire that is Heart of Men through their personal groups. It is through this sincere responsibility that the real initiation becomes possible. Support is an absolute necessity in this time and will come from your other brothers on this journey, as they, too, lead their own small groups. You will leave this threshold a changed man in your leadership; there’s no way around it.
Threshold 3-The Integration: Living your Leadership
New and Full Moon Ritual Space• Feb 17th-April 30th • Four Skills Series Workshops
We come back together as a full circle to make meadows from the depths we’ve traversed. In Threshold 3, we build upon the attunement and the initiation to look towards the future, asking, “what is left for me to tend, touch, and know to courageously carry forth my leadership for a thriving world?” We gather for four days of deep ceremony in the blossoming of spring that orient our compass on behalf of the unseen forces we’ve been in such deep collaboration with over the course of this journey. And, we begin to look ahead for what we collectively co-create—both within Heart of Men and beyond it. We create a path that enables us to live our leadership, moment by moment, day-by-day.

This journey requires both a devotion and a personal responsibility. We are asking you to step into and through something that will change the trajectory of your leadership and your service. We cannot do this for you; we’re asking you to find and claim the fullness of your own fire through this experience.
You'll be part of a highly skilled, curated group of men genuinely ready for this level (and up-leveling) of work—building not just individual capacity but the interwoven village that can hold the growth of conscious masculinity in our world.

The In-Person Immersion:
March 24th-29th, 2026
We’ll be gathering on the beautiful 20-acre property you all each know, situated within the broader 330 acre Earthaven community, nestled in the mountains east of Asheville, NC. Our gathering space is the hand-built, wooden Yogasthan overlooking the creek, and our work will be supported by dozens of miles of walking trails, the serene quiet, spring water, and glowing stars by night. We will be eating nutrient-dense, local, organic meals, crafted by a dear farmer, friend, and chef. This is the place that holds the fire of Heart of Men.
*Retreat costs will be separate from the below investment invitation.
** There is a willingness and openness for another gathering in mid-to-late November of 2025 if this is a strong desire from the group.
Financial Exchange & Reciprocity
We ask each brother to make an initial contribution of $444 upon enrollment to anchor and nurture the inception of this journey.
Beyond that, we are inviting you into something new—and something we hope eventually can be the bedrock at Heart of Men: a gift-offering.
There is no price for this journey. We ask each brother to enter into a deep place of prayer and discernment around the value of this journey and what financial exchange they would like to offer to uplift both Heart of Men and the facilitation team. This is my livelihood, and I feel the trust in this group of men such that I can open my palms and receive.
In the enrollment form, we’ll ask each brother to name a monthly contribution, and we will set up a recurring payment at this amount (to make consistent payment easeful for everyone).
